Golf Specific Training - Take your game to the next level
At Ocean Physio and Rehab we offer golfers the opportunity to fully understand the mechanics of their swing. We tailor training regimes aimed specifically at improving swing mechanics and work regularly with The England Golf Team, Tour Professionals and club golfers.
We offer three levels of service: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
BRONZE includes a Musculoskeletal Screening and Golf Swing Analysis to look at the way you move and help you to understand how improving the mechanics of your body should improve your swing. This concentrates on The Four Pillars of Posture, Strength, Flexibility and Control - The Foundation of a Great Golf Swing. ©
SILVER includes the Bronze plus a session in the gym to specifically go through a regime of Golf specific exercises designed to improve power and control throughout the swing.
GOLD includes the Bronze and Silver plus a three month daily schedule allowing you to maximise your efforts, including an introduction to the Red, Amber and Green weeks periodisation concept designed to allow you to peak when it matters most.
We also offer an annual package which includes four sessions of the Bronze, Silver and Gold package at three monthly intervals allowing you to peak when it during the most important tournaments of the year.
All sessions are carried out by Andy Larmour Physiotherapist to the England Golf Team www.englishgolfunion.org since 2004.
