Open Evening off with a Splash!
Wednesday, 08 July 2009 11:30

The 2nd July 2009 Ocean Physio and Rehab Open Evening went off with a splash, despite some characteristic British summer weather.
Locals and interested parties braved the heavy rain and wind, to view the facilities at Ocean's new Woodbury site, meet the staff, enjoy a drink or two and sample Dave MacLellan's culinary skills on the Barbeque.
Free taster sessions of Clinical Pilates with Jane Silver and Yoga with Jay Kipling were well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Comments were made on the excellent facilities and the quality of tuition at the small class ethos at Ocean. Ocean insist that only a maximum of ten participants can attend each class to ensure that everyone gets the same level of expert tuition.
Andy Larmour offered free Golf Swing Analysis and pointers on how to improve the body to match the golf swing.
Helen Hodgins was also on hand to answer any Podiatry related questions and explain the quality of her Orthosis to interested individuals.
The Open Evening was a great success which the staff at Ocean Physio and Rehab hope to repeat on an annual basis, hopefully with better weather next year.
