Clinical Pilates classes, led by Specialist Chartered Physios, start on 1st November at Ocean Physio's Woodbury Clinic.

Classes are available in the day time and evenings.

These classes are excellent for anyone with low back pain or a lack of stability or control around the lower back and pelvis.
