Ocean Physio supports Woodbury 10k race

Specialist Running Physio Holly King from Ocean Physio & Rehab provided on-site advice and support to runners at the annual Woodbury 10k race.

Holly is an expert in running biomechanics and injuries and was available to support competitors on the day.

Ocean Physio & Rehab was very proud to support the event and would like to congratulate all those who completed the race. Well done.
