Highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapists Claire Blundell and Amanda MacLellan
who have gained post graduate qualifications in Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates.
Ocean Physio and Rehab at Woodbury Business Park has a fantastic custom built Pilates studio where we run group and individual Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates sessions.
